There were 21 goals scored in the 10 fixtures of gameweek five, and the standout results were The Citizens' 6-0 thumping of Watford, the Red Devils' comfortable 4-0 win at home over Everton and Chelsea's entertaining 0-0 draw with Arsenal.

Manchester United's Ashley Young (rating: 7.8), Brighton & Hove Albion's Shane Duffy (rating: 7.9), City duo Kyle Walker (rating:8.0) and Nicolas Otamendi (rating: 7.9) were selected in defence.
England international Raheem Sterling was this week's highest scoring midfielder with a score of 9.3, enough to see him take a place alongside Liverpool and Egypt's Mohamed Salah (rating: 8.0), Bournemouth's Andrew Surman (rating: 8.8) and Newcastle United's Ghanaian Christian Atsu (rating: 7.7).
Up front this week is Red Devils striker Romelu Lukaku (rating: 8.3) and Argentina international Sergio Aguero, who scored a perfect 10.
