The last day of the Premier League season ended in emphatic fashion as the Citizens came from 2-0 down to beat Steven Gerrard's Aston Villa 3-2 and claim the trophy.
As fans at the Etihad Stadium got word that Liverpool needed only a single goal to win the title in their game against Wolverhampton Wanderers at Anfield, Villa doubled their lead through a Philippe Coutinho strike after Matty Cash had put the Villans ahead earlier.
A brace from Ilkay Gundogan and a goal from Rodri quickly turned matters around in Manchester, however, before the final whistle sounded and an emotional Guardiola celebrated his fourth English league triumph.

The Citizens have now claimed six EPL crowns since their takeover in 2008, overtaking Chelsea as the club with the most Premier League winner's medals behind Manchester United.
