According to The Sun, the Uruguayan has told the Reds that Celta Vigo forward Maxi Gomez would be a good signing for them.
The 22-year-old, who is an international colleague of Suarez's, has been linked with Liverpool, while other Premier League clubs such as West Ham United and Chelsea are also said to be interested in securing his signature.
The player reportedly has a release clause of €50 million (R802 million) in his contract with Celta, who are currently just one place above the relegation zone in LaLiga.
Gomez joined the Spanish side at the beginning of last season, and has so far registered 27 goals and 10 assists in 63 appearances for the club.
