Manchester United boss, Louis Van Gaal, has warned Memphis Depay that he must adapt to the philosophy or he could end up like Angel Di Maria and Radamel Falcao.

Di Maria and Falcao endured frustrating campaigns for the Red Devils last season and both players have since left the club.
Now, Memphis arrived at United from PSV Eindhoven for a fee of £25m, after impressing in the Dutch Eredivisie.
However, the winger hasn't had the best of starts in the Premier League and was dropped to bench during United's 3-0 win over Everton.
“Some players cannot adapt to the team philosophy,” Van Gaal told reporters.
“That you cannot know in advance. You have to see that.
“Because you see a lot of qualities in a player, but Depay has to put that quality in service of your team.
“That also happened with Di María and Falcao – both great players but you have to fit in with the philosophy. Not only with Memphis, with every player that we have bought.”
However, Van Gaal has not lost faith in the 22-year-old, who has already impressed in this season's Champions League campaign.
"Do I still believe in him? Of course," he added.
“The problem with young players is they are not consistent. That you have to learn. We have to give him time.”
