Jurgen Klopp's side secured their first title since the 1989/90 campaign without kicking a ball themselves after Manchester City lost 2-1 to Chelsea on Thursday night.
The defeat meant that the Citizens cannot close their 23-point gap on the Reds with just seven games to play.
As a consequence, Liverpool won the title with seven games to spare, becoming the first side in English top-flight history to secure the trophy after just 31 game rounds.
They broke the record jointly held by Manchester United and Manchester City, who secured the title with five matches still to be played in 2000/01 and 2017/18, respectively.
The Reds' latest triumph is Liverpool's first league trophy of the Premier League era, and their 19th overall in the club's illustrious history.
Their record-breaking campaign, though, does not end here as they could set four more milestones during the remaining seven games – you can find out what they are in the gallery above!
