According to reports, Takumi Minamino is set for a €15 million (R251 million) move to Monaco in Ligue 1.
Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano has stated that the Japan international will join the French side on a five-year deal, just two-and-a-half years after he joined the Reds from RB Salzburg.
Although he was unable to establish himself as an important player under Jurgen Klopp, Minamino did come up with some key goals over the course of the past season.
The 27-year-old struck 10 times in 22 appearances across all competitions in the 2021/22 campaign, helping Liverpool win a domestic double.
Minamino is now expected to follow Mane through the Anfield exit door, with the Senegalese superstar close to joining Bayern Munich in Germany.
