The Merseyside club has brought in Naby Keita, Fabinho, Xherdan Shaqiri and goalkeeper Alisson for the 2018/19 campaign, and are now looking to balance the books, according to the Daily Mirror.
The English publication has suggested that the English club wants to either loan out or sell a number of players before 9 August – the date the transfer window closes for Premier League clubs.
Loris Karius and Simon Mignolet are the two shot-stoppers said to be on the transfer list. With the arrival of Brazil international Alisson, it is unlikely that either goalkeeper will be the club's first choice, and Klopp is willing to part ways with them.
Two forwards who could leave are Divock Origi and former Burnley striker Danny Ings, who have both played minimal minutes under the German manager. The Belgium international is believed to be wanted by Valencia, while Ings, who has a number of clubs interested in his services, could rejoin the Clarets.
Wingers Lazar Markovic and Sheyi Ojo are also expected to be sold, with the former having failed to impress since his arrival at the club in 2015, and the latter having spent the previous campaign out on loan at Fulham.
Ben Woodburn and Marko Grujic are both set for loan deals, although the Serbian has caught the attention of Lazio and Cardiff City – the club he spent the second half of the 2017/18 campaign on loan at – who are both believed to be interested in a permanent deal for the player.
