Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has responded to Mohamed Salah's angry reaction to being substituted on Saturday afternoon.
The Reds played to a 1-1 draw at Brighton & Hove Albion on Saturday but still managed to top of the Premier League standings until Sunday at least.
Salah endured a frustrating afternoon after seeing his first-half strike ruled out by the Video Assistant Referee, before he was taken off in the 64th minute for Sadio Mane.
The Egyptian was not happy with the decision as he made his way off the pitch, but Klopp wasn't too bothered by the reaction.

"The day when Mohamed Salah is smiling when he leaves the pitch, something is really wrong," the German tactician said.
"I get it 100% but the problem is he was out with COVID for 10 days. He trained one, played 60 minutes and then plays again three days later.
"We just have to be careful. He doesn't like that, we know that, but that's it."
