Jose Mourinho Storms Out Of Press Conference After Bust-Up Questions
Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho walked out of a press conference on Tuesday after repeatedly being asked questions about his dressing room bust-up with Manchester City on the weekend.
On Sunday, reports circulated claiming that the Portuguese had a bust-up with some City players after United's 2-1 loss in the Manchester derby on Sunday evening.
As there are no cameras allowed past a certain point near the dressing rooms at Old Trafford, there is no video evidence of what was alleged to have taken place, and Mourinho was questioned about the incident in a press conference ahead of the Red Devils' match against Bournemouth on Wednesday.
It is believed that no member of the press was interested in asking Mourinho about the mid-week clash with the Cherries, only about the incident with City.
In frustration, the Portuguese decided to leave the press conference prematurely as he accused the reporters of having no respect for Bournemouth.
"You don't like Bournemouth, eh? You don't respect them," he said, according to FourFourTwo.
"You don't think they are a team capable to come to Old Trafford and do well. No respect for Eddie Howe. No respect for their players."
United are currently 11 points behind league leaders and rivals City.
