With Jose Mourinho linked with a number of clubs since his sacking by Tottenham Hotspur, it has been claimed the Portuguese tactician has several offers on the table.
The 58-year-old was fired by the Lilywhites on Monday morning, a week before their Carabao Cup final against Pep Guardiola's Manchester City.
While he has been linked with a number of clubs, including Celtic, Newcastle United and Juventus, journalist Duncan Castles has now claimed that Mourinho already has concrete offers on the table.
"I think it's probably unlikely that his next job is in English football. I know that he's very keen to work again," he said on The Transfer Window podcast.
"In fact, you know, he was interviewed briefly yesterday and said that he had no need for a break and no need for batteries – he was asked whether he would take some time to recharge his batteries. I understand that he does have offers to go elsewhere.
"He has people close to him advising him to take some time and recover from what has been probably the most intense period of his career, given (the pandemic) and given the lack of a proper pre-season and that Tottenham have played almost every week, twice a week, and sometimes even more, up until this stage of the season."
Spurs have become the fourth club in a row that has let Mourinho go since 2013, following his departure from Spanish giants Real Madrid.
The Portuguese tactician is believed to have been sacked by the north London club due to poor results, while there were also reports of in-fighting in the dressing room.
