It has been claimed that Liverpool have agreed a contract with RB Leipzig defender Ibrahima Konate.
The centre-back, who has been strongly linked with the Reds in recent months, now appears to be edging closer to a transfer to the Premier League champions.
Liverpool's defensive woes this season have seemingly led to Klopp sanctioning a move for the 21-year-old France youth international, who joined Leipzig in 2017.
According to talkSPORT, Konate has now agreed a five-year contract with the Merseyside club, with his €35 million (R602 million) release clause set to be met.
The defender has made 94 senior appearances for Leipzig since making the move to Germany, scoring four goals along the way.
Here are some transfers that have already been confirmed for next season!
