Date: 25 February 2018
Venue: Parc de Princes
Kylian Mbappe and Edinson Cavani were among the goals as Paris Saint-Germain cruised to a 3-0 win over Marseille in Ligue 1 on Sunday evening.
The deadlock was broken after just 10 minutes as Jordan Amavi's slip in the box gifted the ball to Mbappe, who sent a fine left-footed strike past Pele.
The lead was doubled in the 27th minute when Marseille's Rolando deflected Neymar's shot into his own net, 2-0.
The visitors opted for a change on 38 minutes as they looked to alter their fortunes as Morgan Sanson replaced Lucas Ocampos.
Marseille did go close to pulling a goal back just before the break when Florian Thauvin picked out Dimitri Payet, who could only blaze over the crossbar.
In the 55th minute, PSG bagged a third goal as Cavani controlled superbly before smashing the ball past Pele for his 25th league goal of the season.
Unai Emery's charges were in full control and never looked like conceding as the Marseille attack failed to get going on the night.
The visitors did carve out clear-cut opening in the 81st minute but Clinton N'Jie's effort was cleared off the line by Thiago Silva.
Nevertheless, 3-0 was how the score remained as PSG ran out comfortable winners on the night.
