A former FC Barcelona target is reportedly being chased by Chelsea, Manchester City & Paris Saint-Germain in this window.
According to The Sun, Nice midfielder Jean Michael Seri is being closely monitored by all three clubs, who are looking to strengthen in the next couple of weeks.
After the 26-year-old's failed move to the LaLiga giants at the beginning of the season, it is believed that the Premier League is now the Ivorian's preferred destination, with the Blues and the Citizens showing interest.
The Ivory Coast international has three years left on his current deal with his French club, but with a £35 million (R595 million) buyout clause, he is seen by many as good value for money in today's inflated market.
Despite Nice struggling for consistency this season, Seri has maintained a good level of performance, which helped the Ligue 1 side qualify for the UEFA Champions League qualifying round this year.
It has been suggested that Chelsea are the frontrunners for the African star's signature, but there is no word on whether or not Nice will allow their star to leave before the end of the season.
Seri has made 25 appearances for his club so far in this campaign, scoring one goal and assisting five further strikes.
