Result: Tottenham Hotspur 2-1 Arsenal
Date: 07 February 2015
Venue: White Hart Lane
A brace from Harry Kane handed Tottenham Hotspur a 2-1 win over North London rivals Arsenal at White Hart Lane.
Kane came close to giving Spurs the lead as early as the fifth minute but David Ospina was on hand to tip the striker's effort around the post.
However, despite Spurs' domination it was Arsenal who went ahead in the 11th minute with Mesut Ozil side-footing past Hugo Lloris, after Olivier Giroud's miscued shot fell into the midfielder's path.
The home side almost hit back minutes through Danny Rose, the fullback found some space on the edge of the area before forcing Ospina into a low save with a driven effort.
Mauricio Pochettino's side continued to see most of the ball but were restricted to long range efforts, as Arsenal were more than happy to just sit back.
Spurs eventually took advantage of their dominance and leveled matters in the 56th minute courtesy of composed finish from the in-form Harry Kane.
Ospina came to Arsenal's rescue in the 64th minute, the Colombian got down well to keep out Nabil Bentaleb's effort from distance, before rushing off his line to deny Kane from point-blank range.
However, Spurs went on to win it in the 85th minute, as Kane rose highest to head home Bentaleb's delightful cross for his second of the game.
