Gylfi Sigurdsson scored the only goal of the game to hand Swansea City a 1-0 win over Chelsea at the Liberty Stadium.

Radamel Falcao nearly brought Chelsea level in the 86th minute but his left-footed strike from close range was saved by Fabianski, as the Swans held on for the three points.
