Georginio Wijnaldum scored four goals to help Newcastle United secure a 6-2 win over Norwich City on Sunday evening.
After a cagey opening to the game, the Magpies broke the deadlock in the 14th minute when Sissoko played in Georginio Wijnaldum, who fired home from six-yards out.
Norwich nearly found themselves level just a minute later when Robbie Brady's stunning strike from distance rattled the upright with Rob Elliot well beaten.
The Canaries eventually leveled matters in the 20th minute when Dieumerci Mbokani turned home Olsson's cross at the near post for his second goal of the season.
However, Newcastle restored their lead in the 25th minute when Sissoko picked out Wijnaldum in the box and the midfielder rose well to head into the bottom corner.
It got better for the home side in the 32nd minute as Ayoze Perez collected a pass from Sissoko, before firing a low effort into the far corner from close range.
The goals continued flood in and it was Norwich who reduced the deficit three minutes later when Olsson picked out Nathan Redmond, who side-footed home from 12-yards out.
Newcastle then restored their two-goal lead after 60 minutes when Aleksander Mitrovic fired home a well-taken volley from 12-yards out. His second goal of the campaign.
The home side then got their fifth goal a few minutes later when Wijnaldum rose highest to head home Daryl Janmaat's cross from the right as he completed his hat-trick.
Wijnaldum then rounded off the scoring in the 85th minute, as the midfielder collected a pass from Perez, before slotting past John Ruddy for his fourth goal of the game.
