Sergio Aguero and Kevin De Bruyne were among the goals for Manchester City, as they secured a comfortable 4-0 win over Bournemouth.
City broke the deadlock after just seven minutes, as Fernando volleyed home from close range after getting on the end of Jesus Navas' corner.
The visitors doubled their advantage in the 12th minute, as David Silva and Sergio Aguero combined to set up Kevin De Bruyne for a fine firs-time finish.
City's impressive start continued when they grabbed their third goal in the 19th minute courtesy of a looping header from Sergio Aguero.
Bournemouth struggled to contain the visitors and rarely threatened Joe Hart's goal in the opening 45 minutes.
The hosts nearly reduced the deficit in the 68th minute, but O'Kane fired wide of the upright from close range.
Manuel Pellegrini's side were in full control and opted to rest the likes of Aguero, De Bruyne and Silva for the final 20 minutes ahead of their Champions League tie.
The Cherries looked for a consolation in the closing stages, with Lewis Grabban and Matt Ritchie going close with respective efforts.
The visitors rounded off the win in stoppage time, as Aleksander Kolarov embarked on a fine run, before thumping the ball into the top corner.
