Pedro Rodriguez netted a brace as Chelsea thumped Aston Villa 4-0 at Villa Park on Saturday afternoon.
The Blues were dealt a blow in the 23rd minute when Loic Remy picked up a knock, however the visiting fans finally got to see Alex Pato in action, as he was handed his debut.

Villa nearly leveled matters in the 30th minute but Thibaut Courtois produced a fine save to deny Carlos Gil from close range.
Chelsea extended their lead on the stroke of halftime courtesy of a well-taken penalty from Pato, after the Brazilian was brought down by Sissoko.
Guus Hiddink's charges extended their lead shortly after the break, as Pedro Rodriguez slotted home from close range, after a well-worked move.
The Blues continued to dominate and bagged their fourth goal of the game in the 59th minute, as Brad Guzan dropped Pato's shot, which fell into the path of Pedro, who slotted home for his second of the game.
The home side ended the game ended the game with 10 men, after Allan Hutton picked up his second yellow card for a late lunge on Loftus-Cheek.
The victory moves the Blues up to ninth in the Premier League table, while Villa remain rooted to the foot of the table.
