New Swansea Boss Off To Winning Start

Bournemouth 2-1 Everton

Bournemouth returned to winning ways in the Premier League with a 2-1 victory over Everton at the Vitality Stadium.

The Cherries took the lead in the 33rd minute when Ryan Fraser turned home Josh King's cross with a fine volley.

Everton leveled matters Idrissa Gueye in the 57th minute, however Bournemouth hit back in the 89th minute thanks to a deflected effort from Fraser.

Huddersfield Town 0-0 Burnley

Burnley missed the chance to close in on the top six after they were held to a goalless draw by Huddersfield Town.
 
Newcastle United 0-0 Brighton
 
Newcastle United are only one point ahead of the relegation zone after they drew 0-0 with Brighton at St. James' Park.
 
Watford 1-2 Swansea City
 
Carlos Carvalhal started his Swansea City reign with a win as the Swans came from behind to defeat Watford 2-1 at Vicarage Road.
 
The home side broke the deadlock after 11 minutes courtesy of a strike from André Carrillo.
 
The Swans hit back through Jordan Ayew in the 86th minute, before Luciano Narsingh netted the winning goal in the 90th minute.
