African Stars Fire Leicester Back To Winning Ways

West Bromwich Albion 1-4 Leicester City

Leicester City came from behind to register a 4-1 win over West Bromwich Albion at the Hawthornes.

The hosts took the lead in the eighth minute through Salomon Rondon's neat finish at the near post. However, the Foxes leveled matters through Jamie Vardy, who was picked out Riyad Mahrez.

Mahrez poked home Leicester's second goal before Kelechi Iheanacho got the third with a fine header in the 76th minute. Vincent Iborra rounded off the scoring in second-half stoppage time.

Newcastle United 3-0 Southampton

Newcastle United moved five points clear of the drop zone after defeating struggling Southampton 3-0.

On-loan Chelsea winger Kennedy bagged a first-half brace before Matt Ritchie sealed the win in the 57th minute.

Everton 2-0 Brighton & Hove Albion

An own goal from Gaëtan Bong and a second-half strike from Cenk Tosun guided Everton to a 2-0 over Brighton.

The visitors had Anthony Knockaert sent off in the closing stages for a reckless challenge, while Wayne Rooney also had a penalty saved late on.

West Ham United 0-3 Burnley

West Ham United's struggles continued after they lost 3-0 to Burnley at the London Stadium.

Chris Wood netted a brace while Ashely Barnes also got on the score-sheet for Sean Dyche's men.

Huddersfield Town 0-0 Swansea City

Huddersfield Town and ten-man Swansea City shared the spoils in a goalless draw on Saturday.

The Swans had Jordan Ayew sent off in the 11th minute.
