Everton 6-2 Sunderland
Everton were in a rampant mood, as they thumped struggling Sunderland 6-2 at Goodison Park on Sunday afternoon.
Gerard Deulofeu and Aroune Kone handed the Toffees a two-goal in the first half, before Jermaine Defoe reduced the deficit before the half with a fine individual effort.
Steven Fletcher then levelled matters for the Black Cats in the 50th minute, however Sebastian Coates scored an own goal five minutes later to restore Everton's lead.
While, Romelu Lukaku added his name to score-sheet, before Kone completed his hat-trick with the strikes in the 62nd and 79th minute.
Southampton 2-0 AFC Bournemouth
Two first-half goals were enough to hand Southampton a 2-0 win over Bournemouth at St. Mary's on Sunday evening.
Steven Davis opened the scoring in the 31st minute when he tapped home from close range after being picked out by Ryan Bertrand, before Graziano Pelle headed home in the 36th minute.
The match ended on a sour not for the Saints, as Victor Wanyama was given his marching orders after picking up his second yellow card late in the game.
