Manchester City surpassed 100 goals in the Premier League this season after thrashing West Ham United 4-1 at the London Stadium.
Leroy Sane got the opener for Pep Guardiola’s charges in the 13th minute with a fierce left-footed strike that took a wicked deflection off Patrice Evra and wrong-footed goalkeeper Adrián, 0-1.
David Moyes’ troops were starting to get behind the City defence after 20 minutes but were let down by their finishing.
However, the hosts were dealt a blow in the 27th minute after when City bagged another goal, with Kevin de Bruyne's cross deflecting in off West Ham defender Pablo Zabaleta.
Marko Arnautovic thought he had pulled a goal back for United seven minutes before the break after dispossessing City goalkeeper Ederson and slotting into an empty net, but he was penalised for a foul in the buildup.
However, Aaron Cresswell made up for it four minutes before half-time for the Hammers, curling home a sumptuous free-kick over the wall and past Ederson, 1-2.
Eight minutes of after the break, Gabriel Jesus extended City’s lead to 3-1 with a close-range finish following a square ball from Raheem Sterling.
Sterling was a handful for the Hammers defence on the right wing as he broke again to set up Fernandinho, who calmly slotted into the bottom corner from 12-yards out.
City were in complete control with 15 minutes left to play and kept possession for long periods while going forward.
In the end, Man City just passed the ball around without much challenge from West Ham as they claimed three points.
