Chelsea have been crowned Premier League champions for the fifth time, after recording a 1-0 win over West Bromwich Albion on Friday evening.
The Blues dominated possession from the onset but had to wait until the 16th minute for their first chance, as Pedro's effort from distance sailed just wide of the upright.
West Brom struggled to get the ball off Antonio Conte's charges, which left the home side frustrated as they committed a few needless fouls in the middle of the park.
Chelsea had to wait until the 37th minute for their first real chance of the game when Victor Moses teed up Pedro, who fired wide from 12-yards out.
That proved to be the final chance of the half, as the sides went into the break goalless.
Tony Pulis opted for a change in the 59th minute as former Tottenham Hotspur winger, Nacer Chadli replaced James McClean.
Chadli had the chance to put West Brom ahead in the 73rd minute but the Belgian winger dragged his wide of the upright from 12-yards out.
Conte opted for a double change after 76 minutes as Michy Batshuayi and Willian replaced Pedro and Hazard.
The substitution paid off in the 82nd minute when Batshuayi turned home Cesar Azpilicueta's cross in the six-yard box.
The Blues managed to see out the closing stages to claim the win and the Premier League title with two matches to spare.
