Liverpool maintained their perfect start to the Premier League season after defeating Tottenham Hotspur 2-1 to claim a fifth successive win.
Naby Keita made a return to the Reds line up after starting on the bench against Leicester City, with club captain Jordan Henderson making way.
Spurs, meanwhile, were without goalkeeper Hugo Lloris and Dele Alli, who both miss out through injury. Michel Vorm and Harry Winks were drafted into the starting side.
The Reds got off to a strong start and had the ball in the back of the net inside the opening minute but Roberto Firmino's strike was flagged offside for Sadio Mane's involvement.
Mohamed Salah squandered a good chance to break the deadlock for the reds after latching onto a poor back pass, but the Egyptian fired straight at Vorm from close range on 21 minutes.
The Reds managed to get the opening goal five minutes before the break through Georginio Wijnaldum, whose header judged to have crossed the line by the goal-line technology.
Lucas Moura, who netted a brace against Manchester United, nearly brought his side level five minutes into the second half when he struck the bottom of the post from close range.
However, it ws Liverpool who got the next goal as Jan Vertonghen deflected Mane's cross onto the upright, before the ball fell kindly for Robert Firmino, who fired into an empty net.
With 15 minutes remaining, Maurichio Pottchetino threw on Son Heung-Min for Winks as the hosts went search of a way back in to the clash.
Spurs managed to carve out a couple chances as the final whistle drew nearer, and they pulled one back in second-half stoppage time through Erik Lamela's smart finish.
