United nearly restored their lead after 39 minutes, with Chris Smalling's glancing header sailing inches wide of the upright while Marcus Rashford was unable to steer home the rebound.
The hosts opted for a change after the break as Sanchez made way for Diogo Dalot, who made an instant impact as he picked out Andreas Pereira to fire home a superb equaliser on 53 minutes.
The turnaround was complete six minutes later as Pereira turned provider to pick out Lukaku, who was able slot into the far corner for his third goal in two games.

However, United secured the win with two minutes remaining as Lukaku completed his brace with a neat finish.
The Red Devils were awarded a penalty in second-half stoppage time as Rashford was brought down. Paul Pogba stepped up but saw his spot-kick saved by Angus Gunn as the encounter ended 3-2 to the hots.
