Paul Pogba netted his first goal for Manchester United, as they thumped English Premier League champions, Leicester City 4-1 at Old Trafford.
Wayne Rooney was dropped to the bench, while Juan Mata and Marucs Rashford returned to the Red Devils starting line-up.
The home side broke the deadlock after 20 minutes when Chris Smalling rose well to head home Daley Blind's corner.
United doubled their lead after 36 minutes, as Paul Pogba picked out Jesse Lingard, who in-turn teed up Mata, who volleyed home into the bottom corner.
Three minutes later, United got their third goal as Mata turned provider to tee up Rashford for the simple tap-in.
It was 4-0 moments later, as Paul Pogba last his marker to head home Blind's corner at the near post for his first ever Red Devils senior goal.
Leicester managed to pull a goal back in the 59th minute, as Demarai Gray cut in from the left flank, before rifling the ball into the top corner from 25-yards out.
With United comfortably leading, Mourinho opted to introduce Michael Carrick and Wayne Rooney for the final 15 minutes of the half.
The Red Devils have now ended their two-game losing streak and have now moved up to third spot with the win.
