Newly crowned champions, Chelsea ended their season with a 5-1 win over relegated Sunderland at Stamford Bridge.
Javier Manquillo grabbed an early lead for the Black Cats in the third minute of the match.
In the eighth minute Willian equalised for the Blues with a thumping finish from a tight angle, following a goal-mouth scramble.
In the 26th minute, John Terry was substituted in his farewell game at the Bridge. He was replaced by Gary Cahill and given a guard of honour in his last match for the club.
The match went into the break with David Moyes' side holding the champions at 1-1 after scoring early.
After a quiet opening to the half, Eden Hazard put the Blues ahead for the first time in this match with a cool finish from close range.
Michy Batshuayi nearly made an immediate impact off the bench as his right footed shot from inside the box was saved by Jordan Pickford following a good attacking move from the Blues.
In the 77th minute Pedro made it 3-1 for the champions. Cesc Fabregas picked out his Spanish teammate with a well floated ball into the area and the forward poked home from close range.
Batshuayi made it 4-1 in the 89th minute on the run of play following a good interchange of passes in the final third.
The Belgian striker was not done there as he rounded off the scoring in stoppage time with a powerful left-footed effort from the edge of the box.
