Alexandre Lacazette and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang helped Arsenal claim a fourth straight win in the Premier League after seeing off Everton at the Emirates Stadium.
Richarlison returned to the Toffees line up after serving a two-game suspension, while the likes of Mesut Ozil and Alexandre Lacazette were back in the Arsenal side.
The Gunners went close to breaking the deadlock after 11 minutes but Jordan Pickford produced a fine save to deny Nacho Monreal from 10-yards out.
Everton managed to carve out a couple chances of their own, with Theo Walcott going closest in the 37th minute after being denied by Petr Cech.
The woodwork came to Everton's rescue just before the break as Aubameyang's cross crashed against the crossbar with Pickford well beaten
The Gunners eventually broke the deadlock ten minutes into the second half as Aaron Ramsey played in Lacazette, who sent a fine curling effort into the top corner.
Three minutes later, the lead was doubled as Mesut Ozil pounced an error from Kurt Zouma and picked Ramsey, who in turn teed up Aubameyang for the simple tap-in.
Marco Silva responded with a double change as Cenk Tuson and Bernard replaced Theo Walcott and Dominic Calvert-Lewin for the final 20 minutes.
The visitors looked lively as the second half continued, but they were unable to find the back of the net as the Gunners on for three points and a clean sheet,
