The missing plane that was carrying new Cardiff City striker Emiliano Sala has reportedly been found, and in recent developments, it has been confirmed that a body was discovered in the plane.
According to Sky Sports, the wreckage was located on the seabed of the English Channel on Sunday, two weeks after it went missing.
It has since been revealed that a body was also found in the wreckage, although it has not been confirmed yet whether it was the body of Sala or pilot David Ibbotson.
The plane went missing on Monday, two weeks ago, after the player had said his goodbyes to former Nantes teammates following a £15 million (R263 million) transfer to Cardiff City.
However, he never arrived back in Cardiff, with a widespread air search finding no trace of the plane.
The search was called to an end last week, but resumed when Sala's family raised enough money for it to continue.
