After the Blues' dismal form in the Premier League and their failure to qualify for the 2018/19 edition of the UEFA Champions League, it is widely expected that former Napoli boss Maurizio Sarri will replace Conte in the coming weeks.
These rumours have put the futures of the likes of Thibaut Courtois and Eden Hazard at the club in doubt, and the Daily Mirror has linked both players with a possible move to Spanish giants Real Madrid after they are done participating at the FIFA World Cup in Russia with the Belgium national team.
England internationals Gary Cahill and Danny Drinkwater could also be on their way out in search of first-team football. Cahill, 32, seems to have lost his first-team place to Antonio Rudiger, while Drinkwater has not been given the playing opportunities he had hoped for, according to the Daily Express.
Brazil defender David Luiz's time at Stamford Bridge is also seemingly coming to an end, as per the Daily Mail. The 31-year-old does not have a long time left on his current contract, and there is speculation he has become disillusioned with life in London.
Other Chelsea players who are currently linked with an exit from the club, according to various sources, are Cesc Fabregas, Marcos Alonso and striker Michy Batshuayi.
