With Premier League clubs recently confirming they would not be releasing players to 'red list' countries for the upcoming international break, Cavani is reportedly angry with the Red Devils.
All of England's top-flight sides unanimously agreed that players would not be allowed to travel to countries that are considered high risk per the United Kingdom's COVID-19 regulations.
According to the Daily Star, players returning from these countries would need to quarantine for 10 days and would therefore be unable to take part in team training sessions or feature in club matches during that time.
Cavani, who was among the long list of players scheduled to meet up with his national team, took to Instagram to immediately vent his frustration after the league's official announcement.
It appears that the 34-year-old is annoyed that United were in favour of this ruling, which has since been challenged by FIFA.
