In the build-up to Belgium's semi-final encounter with France at the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia, Chelsea superstar Eden Hazard has added to the speculation surrounding his future at Stamford Bridge by making a big claim involving Real Madrid.
The 27-year-old has long been linked with a move to Los Blancos, and with Cristiano Ronaldo looking likely to leave the Madrid club, this transfer could now become a reality for the Belgian star.
In a recent interview, Hazard made it clear he is still open to joining the Spanish giants even though former Real manager Zinedine Zidane, who is said to be a big admirer of the Belgian and wanted him at the Santiago Bernabeu, stepped down from his position after the UEFA Champions League final.
"Does Real make me dream less without Zidane?" Hazard told beIN SPORTS.
"Zidane is someone special, it's true, but I think Real is everyone's dream.
"Zidane or no Zidane, the white jersey (of Madrid) is unique, but the blue sweater (of Chelsea) suits me well, so it does not bother me if I stay.
"For now, it's the World Cup. As I have said at least 100 times, I am at Chelsea, and for the moment nobody has made me an offer."
The former Lille star has made 300 appearances for the Blues since joining the club in 2012, scoring 89 goals and assisting a further 75 strikes.
