With the Blues having already signed Hakim Ziyech and Timo Werner, the new Bayern Munich winger seems convinced that Germany teammate Kai Havertz will also soon complete a transfer to the Blues.
"Timo Werner and Kai Havertz are two Germans in one year now to transfer to the Premier League. I think Chelsea perhaps made good deals," Sane said during a press conference for his unveiling, according to Sky Sports.
"Germany has a very good talent development in general. The whole football world knows that. So I think it's understandable that foreign clubs are interested in as well."
Havertz returned to Leverkusen training on Thursday, but is said to have agreed personal terms with Chelsea.
The Blues reportedly want to sign him as early as next week, but Bayer want to keep him for their remaining matches in the 2019/20 UEFA Europa League.

The 21-year-old is understood to be keen to take the next step in his career, and Chelsea seem to be the only club willing to meet Leverkusen's asking price of between €80 million (R1.5 billion) to €100 million (R1.9 billion).
