Brighton and Hove Albion star Leandro Trossard matched a bizarre Cristiano Ronaldo record during his side's loss to Manchester United.
The Red Devils claimed their first win of the season after overcoming Brighton 3-2, with Bruno Fernandes netting a penalty with the final kick of the game.
Brighton could consider themselves unlucky after hitting the crossbar five times, with three of those efforts coming from Trossard.
As a result, Trossard became the first player since Ronaldo in 2006 to hit the woodwork on three times in a Premier League encounter.
Fernandes, meanwhile claims sometimes you need luck after their five-goal thriller at the AMEX Stadium.
“We left so much space for them to play, we were not as aggressive, we gave away two goals. We have to do much better," he told BT Sport.
“Brighton did very well but maybe because we are not as aggressive as we want. We need to recover more balls, press better, lose less possession.
“Maybe they deserved more. The point is to score goals not hit the bar. Sometime you have to have some luck.”
