Benched Manchester United Star Comments On Mourinho Relationship
A benched Manchester United star has commented on his relationship with Red Devils' boss Jose Mourinho.
Sweden international Victor Lindelof signed for the Old Trafford club at the start of the season from Portuguese giants Benfica for a £30 million (R539 million) transfer fee.
The centre back, who is yet to make his debut in the Premier League, has admitted that there is no bad blood between him and Mourinho, insisteing there is an open dialogue.
“It’s between him and me. But we talk and have a good dialogue," Lindelof told The Express.
“I feel no stress. I’m at one of the world’s best clubs, it’s clear that it’s a tough competition – but I have the time it takes.”
The 23-year-old has made four appearances for the English side this season, two in the UEFA Champions League, one in the UEFA Super Cup and one in the English League Cup.
