Arsene Wenger Rules Out Move For African Superstar

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has ruled out a move for an African superstar who was seen as a possible replacement for Alexis Sanchez.

According to Sky Sports journalist Gianluca Di Marzio, the Gunners will not make a move for Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang if the player decides to leave Borussia Dortmund.

The pacy attacker has been linked with the likes of Real Madrid and AC Milan in the past, and did not rule out a move to Atletico Madrid recently.

When asked if the Gunners were going to pursue the Gabon striker this month, Wenger replied: "No, that is not a possibility."

The Frenchman also commented on the future of Theo Walcott, who is reportedly being targeted by Southampton.

"I want him to stay," Wenger added.

"I heard about that but I want him to stay."
