Mesut Ozil’s time at Arsenal has reportedly come to an end after he reached an agreement with Fenerbahce, with his new salary being revealed.

The 32-year-old will join the Turkish giants on a three-and-a-half year deal this January, according to Turkish publication DHA.
It is claimed that Arsenal will continue to pay his salary for the next six months, before Ozil receives a €2.5 million (R46 million) signing on fee and €5 million (R93 million) annually.

The 2014 FIFA World Cup winner also received an offer from Major League Soccer side DC United, but turned them in down in favour of the Turkish giants.
Fenerbahce president Ali Koc used the phrase: "it is a difficult dream to come true," when speaking about the imminent deal for the former Germany international.
Ozil joined the Gunners in 2013 and has made 254 appearances for the Premier League side, scoring 44 goals and assisting 77 more.
