According to the Daily Telegraph, Belgian goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois could be on the club's exit list at the end of this season. Although this might be a surprise to some, the shot-stopper has often flirted with the idea of moving elsewhere, and with his recent performances not being of a high standard, the Blues may consider selling him.
England defender Gary Cahill is expected to be on the chopping block after this season. The centre back was named captain of the club when John Terry left, but has not lived up to expectations, and has also found himself in and out of the first team.
Brazil international David Luiz's future at Chelsea seems to be coming to an end, although he has been hampered by injury lately. The defender, who fell out with manager Antonio Conte earlier this season, has one year left on his current deal, but rumour has it he will move on to new pastures in the next window.
Belgium superstar Eden Hazard is probably another surprise name to see here, but he is included because some believe the Blues could be getting tired of the winger constantly fuelling speculation of a possible move to Real Madrid, and may be tempted to cash in on him as a result.
Others who have been also linked with exits, according to the Daily Telegraph, are Pedro, Olivier Giroud, Michy Batshuayi, Cesc Fabregas, and Kurt Zouma.
