According to Manchester Evening News, Daley Blind is being pursued by Italian club Roma. The Dutchman has played only 15 times across all competitions this season, with just five of those appearances coming in the Premier League.
Matteo Darmian also appears to have been frozen out by Mourinho, with the Daily Express reporting earlier this year that Juventus were after the Italian.
Many believe English fullback Luke Shaw is on his way out of the club at the end of the season, with his current deal expiring in June. Clubs such as Tottenham Hotspur and FC Barcelona are reportedly keen on his signature.
Belgian midfielder Marouane Fellaini could also be leaving ahead of the next campaign, and the same could be said of France international Anthony Martial. The forward has not featured much in Mourinho's side of late, and has been heavily linked with the Bianconeri.
Goalkeeper Sergio Romero, who has played second fiddle to David de Gea since his arrival in England, is said to be on the radar of several clubs across Europe, as well in his homeland of Argentina.
Juan Mata is another player said to be on Mourinho's "disposable players" list, while midfielder Michael Carrick will retire officially at the end of this season to become a coach, although he has already been seen on the bench as part of the technical staff in recent weeks.
