The Gunners, who are without UEFA Champions League football for the upcoming season, have strengthened their squad in critical areas, which many feel will be vital if they are to get back into the top four.
Wales international Aaron Ramsey may be a surprising name on the exit list, but he could be sold in the coming days to generate funds, according to the Daily Mirror. Emery is reportedly interested in signing Steven Nzonzi from his former club Sevilla, and this deal could see the 27-year-old Welshman move elsewhere.
Colombia international David Ospina has fallen down the pecking order at Arsenal and is now considered the English side's third-choice goalkeeper. It has been suggested that the 29-year-old is now firmly behind new boy Bernd Leno and Petr Cech, who will be fighting it out for the club's starting spot between the sticks.
Danny Welbeck, who joined Arsenal from Manchester United in 2014, could be deemed surplus to requirement this season, with all the attacking options Emery has at hand. The England international has one year left on his contract, and could either go out on loan or be sold in the next few days.
Others who are also expected to leave the Gunners, according to the Daily Mirror, are Lucas Perez, Joel Campbell, Carl Jenkinson and Chuba Akpom.
