The Citizens beat Brighton & Hove Albion 3-1 on Wednesday, becoming the first side ever to reach 97 points in a Premier League campaign.
The victory over Brighton was also City's 31st win of the season, while they also broke the record for the most goals in a single campaign after scoring their 105th strike in 2017/18.
However, Guardiola is believed to be already planning for 2018/19, and has apparently identified six wingers who could improve his squad.
Eden Hazard is biggest name on the list, as reported by the Daily Mail, although it seems questionable that he would join a direct Premier League rival. Riyad Mahrez came very close to moving to the Citizens in January, and the Algerian is again said to be on the Spaniard's radar.
In addition, Bundesliga starlets Leon Bailey (Bayer Leverkusen) and Christian Pulisic (Borussia Dortmund) have also been mentioned. Both have set the German top flight alight this campaign, and are two of the most sought-after talents in Europe.
Sporting Lisbon's Gelson Martins has continuously been linked with a move to England, and it seems City are prepared to do battle with the likes of Chelsea, Tottenham Hotspur and Liverpool for his signature, while Ajax Amsterdam talent Justin Kluivert has also been mentioned.
City currently have Leroy Sane, David Silva, Raheem Sterling and Bernardo Silva as their first-choice wingers, but Guardiola reportedly wants to add one more option for his wide positions.
