12 Transfers That Could Happen Before EPL Deadline

With the Premier League transfer window slamming shut in just two days, here are 12 big deals that could still go through before the end of the window, with Manchester United still heavily linked with three stars.

Click through the gallery above to see 12 transfers that could be confirmed before the EPL transfer window closes, according to several reports.

England goalkeeper Jack Butland could be close to joining Chelsea from relegated Stoke City, with Sky Sports reporting that the Blues could move for the 25-year-old if Thibaut Courtois leaves for Real Madrid, which is becoming increasingly likely.

Brazilian winger Bernard, who is a free agent and last played for Shakhtar Donetsk, could be close to signing for Marco Silva's Everton or Chelsea, while FC Barcelona centre-back Yerry Mina might also be on his way to the Toffees.

United supporters are expecting at least one more signing before the window closes on Thursday at 18:00 SA time, although uncertainty remains as to who that could be.

The Red Devils are still heavily linked with Tottenham Hotspur's Toby Alderweireld and Leicester City's Harry Maguire, although Bayern Munich's Jerome Boateng is also apparently being considered by the 20-time English champions.

The Daily Mirror has reported that West Ham United are closing in on the signature of Andre Gomes from Barca, while Aston Villa's Jack Grealish may be on his way back to England's top flight.

The Daily Metro has claimed the winger is being chased by Spurs, who themselves are believed to be considering a swoop for Crystal Palace star Wilfried Zaha.

France international Nabil Fekir, who underwent a medical for Liverpool before the 2018 FIFA World Cup, could be on the way to the Premier League, but with Chelsea being the destination. The playmaker is said to be wanted by manager Maurizio Sarri, although a move to the Reds could reportedly still be on the cards.
