According to the Daily Express, the former Premier League champions are looking to cash in on a few of their high-profile names before the upcoming campaign, as they look to reinvest the money in a fresh batch of players in the next transfer window.

The London side have had a disappointing season until now, but they have an opportunity to lift some silverware in May, as they face Manchester United in the FA Cup final at Wembley.

Spanish giants Real Madrid are said to be keeping a close eye on the situation at Chelsea and the report suggests that Los Blancos could put in a bid for Belgian duo Eden Hazard and Thibaut Courtois, should they want out.

Brazil international David Luiz is expected to leave the club for the second time in his career, despite being a fan favourite. The centre-back and Conte have not been on talking terms since they disagreed on tactics used in the Blues’ Champions League campaign a few months back.

Michy Batshuayi, Kurt Zouma and Kenedy are also believed to be on the exit list. All three players were sent out on loan in this campaign, and it does not look like they made a big enough impression for the club to keep them.
