10 Africans With The Most Goals In The Premier League

The Egyptian, who has not yet broken into the list's top 10, failed to impress in his first stint with Chelsea, but under the guidance of Jurgen Klopp, he has developed into a world-class finisher, scoring 31 goals in 33 league appearances.
According to Transfermarkt, in first place is former Ivory Coast captain Didier Drogba, the ex-Chelsea striker had two spells with the Blues’ and managed to find the back of the net on 104 occasions. To this the day the 40-year-old is regarded as one the league’s most feared frontmen.
Togo star Emmanuel Adebayor finds himself in second place with 97 league goals. The 34-year-old represented Arsenal, Manchester City, Tottenham Hotspur and Crystal Palace during his time in the English top flight.
Third on the list is former Nigeria international Yakubu Aiyegbeni, who scored 96 goals for Portsmouth, Middlesbrough, Everton and Blackburn Rovers, while in fourth is Manchester City stalwart Yaya Toure, with 57 strikes.
Former Super Eagles star Nwankwo Kanu, Senegal’s Sadio Mane and ex-Newcastle United forward Demba Ba are others that feature in the top 10, and you can find the complete list in our gallery above.
