The Portuguese scored Los Blancos' 1-1 equaliser in a thrilling El Clasico, which ended 2-2 on Sunday night. However, he picked up a knock following a clash with FC Barcelona's Gerard Pique as he kicked the ball over the goal line.
Early reports suggested that Ronaldo has picked up a minor ankle sprain, but manager Zidane has since claimed his superstar will be fine for the Champions League final against Liverpool on 26 May.
"It doesn't feel good right now, but I think it's going to be small (problem), it's just a knock," the Frenchman said after the match, as quoted by Marca.
"Don't worry about the final, he will be there. I cannot tell you how long (Ronaldo will be out for), but he said that he thinks it isn't much. We will see tomorrow. We will see what we have to do, and the damage that has been done. It was a little swollen, but as I say, it wasn't much."
Zidane also commented on the performance of referee Alejandro Hernandez Hernandez, who was criticised by both clubs after the game.
"It was a difficult match for the referee, but I'm not going to get involved, it's tough. There's been a bit of everything but that isn't going to change anything at the end. It is done," he added.
"We played a good game (before the red card) and, in contrast, with the extra man we were a bit worse.
"We needed to have a little more patience, but that doesn't change anything. We must congratulate Barcelona."
Sunday's draw leaves Real, who still have one game in hand, in third position on the LaLiga log, three points behind second-placed Atletico Madrid, while FC Barcelona continued their unbeaten streak and have three more games to complete their "Invincible" season.
