Reports: FC Barcelona Dressing Room Unhappy With Sergio Ramos' Lionel Messi Comments
FC Barcelona's dressing room is reportedly furious with Real Madrid captain Sergio Ramos' comments about Lionel Messi after Sunday's El Clasico.
After the fixture, the Spaniard had suggested that Messi had "pressured" the referee in the tunnel during half-time of the 2-2 draw.
According to Sport, Barca's stars are upset with Ramos' public statements just minutes after hugging many of them, some of whom are his national teammates, and receiving Andres Iniesta's final Clasico shirt.
It has been claimed that several players are upset about how Ramos first acted as friend on the pitch, only to go on something of a rant just minutes later.
It was also the Real Madrid captain who told his teammates not to put the ball out of play when Luis Suarez appeared to be down with a possible injury in the final moments of the game.
"Knowing Luis Suarez, I made clear that we wouldn't put the ball out of play," Ramos said after the game, as quoted by Marca.
"We aren't here to educate anyone, I have enough with my three children at home.
"That's the referee's job. We wanted to win at that moment."
The match itself was a heated affair, despite little being at stake for both sides, and Ramos also had a small tussle with Messi on the pitch, and clashed with Suarez too.
Overall, the fixture was Ramos' 38th El Clasico, but he has won only 13 of them, while losing 17 and drawing eight.
