Sfaxien moved top of the group with a 2-1 win over Etoile du Sahel at the Stade Taïeb Mhiri.
 
Firas Chaouat opened the scoring after 58 minutes for the home side, although Etoile levelled matters through Sadan Ben Aziza.
 
It was left to Nassim Hnid to secure the winning goal for the hosts from the penalty spot with 13 minutes remaining.

Enugu Rangers maintained their hopes of qualifying for the next round with a 1-1 draw away to Salitas.

Waleed Bakhet Hamid's 33rd minute strike was cancelled out by Yacouba Songne as Asante Kotoko drew 1-1 with Al Hilal.

Petro de Luanda 2-0 NA Hussein Dey
 
Petro de Luanda kept their knockout stage hopes alive with a 2-0 victory over NA Hussein Dey on Sunday afternoon.
 
Ricardo Job Estêvão put the home side ahead after 16 minutes before Tiago Azulão doubled the lead from the penalty spot after 39 minutes.
 
Zamalek 4-0 Gor Mahia
 
Zamalek thumped Kenyan outfit Gor Mahia 4-0 to move to the top of Group D on Sunday night.
 
Mahmoud Alaa and Youssef Obama have the Egyptians a two-goal lead in the first half, before Ferjani Sassi and Omar El Said rounded off the scoring late in the second half.
