Liverpool star Virgil van Dijk has face a few world class players during his career, and he has now revealed the toughest opponent he's faced.
Since joining the Reds from Southampton, the Dutchman has elevated the side's defence and played a key role in their UEFA Champions League triumph last season.
The defender's form over the past year for club and country has certainly put him in the talk for this year's Ballon d'Or.
When asked by TalkSPORT about the best player he's faced in his career so far, the Dutchman said, "Sergio Aguero"
Van Dijk was a little more biased when quizzed about the best footballer he's played with.
"I’m going to be a little bit biased and say one of my team-mates; I would say Roberto Firmino," he added/
The 28-year-old is also reportedly set to be rewarded with a new deal at Anfield, which could see his wages doubled.
