English champions Manchester City have officially confirmed their latest departure, the third first-team player to leave the club since July.
The Premier League winners have announced that defender Eliaquim Mangala has rejoined Spanish side Valencia, with the 28-year-old going back to his former club on a free transfer.
Mangala played just 79 times for City since signing for the club in 2014, spending the majority of the past five years out on loan at other teams.
The Frenchman won the Premier League with the Citizens in the 2017/18 season.
