Man Utd Star Set For Exit? Ole Hints At Departures

While Manchester United can no longer sign any new players, one of the club's highets paid players could reportedly be on his way out for the new season.
The transfer window for Premier League clubs closed on Thursday, 8 August 2019 but they are still allowed to sell or loan players out to foreign clubs.
According to the Telegraph, AS Roma have held talks with the Red Devils about the possibility of signing Alexis Sanchez on a season-long loan.
United have already lost the services of Romelu Lukaku to Inter Milan, but it remains unclear if the Chile international would be open to moving back to Italy for the 2019/2020 season.
However, Ole Gunnar Solskjear revealed on Friday that he expects the former Arsenal star to stay and step up in the absence of Lukaku.
“I think he’ll see this [Lukaku’s exit] as an opportunity to make his mark. I do expect him to stay, there’s a striker there we think is going to be able to score some goals.” he said, according to the Telegraph.
Should Sanchez agree to the loan move, the Red Devils would need to pay a part of the attacker's reported £391,000-a-week wages.
The Man United coach hinted that there could still be departures in the coming weeks, with Marcos Rojo reportedly linked with an exit.
“There might be, yes.The thing is it’s not about who we don’t want here, it’s about who we want here, and you’re going to see that in the team selections and who’s going to be with us in the long run.”
